Later edit: After i used the link above on creatives website, i found the old driver app (red) but the problem with the channel swapping is the same because of the driver. With this business model i see only great things in ur future Creative! I was about to sell this card. Thanks the guy above who made me find the old driver app and finish this time wasters nonsense. How retarded can u be to invest millions in good hardware and then make crappy driver app and dont invest in it? How? They act stupid and push forward with that even if many customers choice for this soundcard and only purpose was DTS and smart volume and those are the functions that dont work with the new app. Well, none did! They made me lower my ram mhz from 3600 to 3200mhz. I had to test the Tunning app with 32 settings giving them 15 seconds time for each to see which works. They made me be their "tester" for free, like windows does when they release a new version.
The customer support doesnt even know or read my previous emails, but only the last one so we go back and forth like idiots not solving anything. Also the volume leveling is not working when it does, like it did, it is useless. When i actually bought this card only to have smart volume when i watch movies so i dont disturb my neighbours.

They told me that because of the audio swapping channels bug i should use the card with no dts encoder and smart volume for music and web and when i open a movie everytime i have to switch settings in the SB command app. After a week i decided to search the old driver app by myself and so i found this thread. They said they dont want to give me the old driver app, as the SB Command new app has too many bugs to be used but they believe it is ok, even if so many people tell them. They act like they are using retarded people in their customer support for my Soundblaster Z card on win 10 using spdif. I am writing this after 7 days of Creative SB support emails back and forth with no results.
